Full or partial name of the artist(s), if known

The title of the piece, if known

Medium refers to the type of materials from which the piece is made

Please specify your unit of measurement (e.g., inches, meters, etc.) and the dimension as height, width, and depth (if applicable) -- please measure picture frames or sculpture bases separately

If your piece bears a signature, please describe where it is located

Date/period refers to when the piece was created

Provenance refers to the path by which you came to possess this piece, if known (e.g., when, where, and how acquired, previous owners, recorded sales, exhibitions, etc.)

Number refers to what number the piece falls in a series of multiples, e.g., "73 of 100"

Any marks or inscriptions that appear on the piece e.g., foundry marks, the publisher of a print, an artist's dedication, etc.

Photographs

In order to properly appraise your piece, we need at least one clear photo (ideally, multiple shots from different angles with a tape measure in shot for objective reference, as well as close-ups of details like a signature, marking, etc.).
