Refers to the type of materials from which the piece is made

Please specify your unit of measurement (e.g., inches, meters, etc.) and the dimension as height, width

Where the product was made

In what style the rug was woven

Date/period refers to when the piece was created

Provenance refers to the path by which you came to possess this piece, if known (e.g., when, where, and how acquired, previous owners, previous appraisals, etc.)

Please provide any additional information you believe is relevant to your piece not otherwise covered

Photographs

In order to properly appraise your piece, we need at least one clear photo (ideally, multiple shots from different angles with a tape measure in shot for objective reference, as well as close-ups of details like a signature, marking, etc.).
